Our researches mainly focus on the elucidation of pathomechanism and development of therapeutic strategies for diseases, including Alzheimer’s disease. Using disease models from cell lines, neuronal primary culture to mice, we have identified several potential treatments and the associate mechanisms of diseases. Total 18 SCI papers were published in last 5 years (2015-2019).

Techniques used in study

Cell culture (including primary cell culture)
Mouse culture
Mouse behavioral analyses (including Morris Water maze)
Western blot analysis
Immunofluorescent staining
Compound administration in mice

Our research achievements in the aspects of mechanism and treatment of Alzheimer’s disease
