Normal University (NTNU) (i.e., completing NTNU registration and paying tuition fees) while attending a partner institution with a student exchange agreement for one semester or one academic year. Exchange students are exempt from paying tuition fees at the host institution. Upon completion of the program, they will receive an official transcript or course completion certificate issued by the host institution.<\/p><ul><li data-start=\"566\" data-end=\"925\"><strong data-start=\"566\" data-end=\"595\">University-Level Exchange<\/strong><br data-start=\"595\" data-end=\"598\" \/>NTNU has established student exchange agreements with nearly 200 higher education institutions worldwide. NTNU students may participate in the university-level selection process for exchange opportunities at these partner institutions. However, if either institution fails to send the agreed number of students for exchange, the agreement may be temporarily suspended until the balance is restored. Students will fulfill the remaining required credits at the partner institution, and upon meeting the graduation requirements of both institutions, they will be awarded degrees from both schools.
