Residents of Taiwan are welcome to apply.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Each year, tens of thousands of international students choose Russia as their destination for higher education.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I. Application Period<br>\ud83d\udcc5 <strong>September 15, 2025 \u2013 January 15, 2026<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>II. Scholarship Benefits<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Full Tuition Waiver<\/strong>: Covers the entire duration of the selected academic program<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Accommodation<\/strong>: University dormitory provided, subject to availability<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Monthly Stipend<\/strong>: Students enrolled in full-degree programs (Bachelor\u2019s, Master\u2019s, Residency) will receive a stipend equivalent to that of Russian citizens<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Preparatory Program<\/strong>: Applicants with insufficient Russian proficiency may enroll in a <strong>free one-year preparatory course<\/strong> covering Russian language and basic academic subjects<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>III. Eligibility Requirements<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Completion of secondary general education (high school) <strong>before September 1<\/strong>, the start of the Russian academic year<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Timely online submission of a <strong>complete application and all required documents<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Status as a <strong>resident of Taiwan<\/strong> (settled in Taiwan)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>IV. Selection Process<br>The selection process consists of <strong>two stages<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Stage 1 (Primary Selection)<\/strong>:<br>Conducted by the MTC Representative Office in Taipei via the online data collection system<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Stage 2 (Final Selection)<\/strong>:<br>Conducted by the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation and the respective Russian educational institutions<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>V. Application Procedure (Stage 1)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Online Registration<\/strong><br>Register starting <strong>September 15, 2025<\/strong> at:<br>\ud83d\udc49 <a href=\"https:\/\/education-in-russia.com\/\">https:\/\/education-in-russia.com<\/a><br>(English interface available on the homepage)\u26a0\ufe0f Please note: The system does <strong>not support Gmail<\/strong> or certain other email providers.<br>Applicants are strongly advised to register using an email account from <strong>Yandex.ru<\/strong> or <strong>mail.ru<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Submission of Application and Documents<\/strong><br>Complete and submit the application <strong>by January 15, 2026<\/strong>, including the following uploads:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>One formal passport-style photo (front-facing)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A scanned copy of your passport<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Scanned educational documents (Diploma \/ Certificate of Enrollment and academic transcripts)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Final Submission<\/strong><br>After completing the form and uploading documents, please ensure that the application status changes from <strong>\u201cDraft\u201d to \u201cSent for review.\u201d<\/strong><br>Applications remaining in \u201cDraft\u201d status will <strong>not<\/strong> be processed.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>VI. Educational Options<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Full-degree programs<\/strong>: Bachelor\u2019s, Master\u2019s, Residency<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Continuing education<\/strong>: Short-term courses, summer schools, Russian language teacher training<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Applicants may select <strong>up to six (6) universities<\/strong>, listed in order of preference<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Applicants are encouraged to contact the international offices of selected universities directly for detailed program information<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>VII.
