To ensure eligibility compliance, <strong>you must complete the internal registration process first to obtain the specific application link.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Important Notice &amp; Disclaimer<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Applicants are solely responsible for managing their application schedule and outcome.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>No Administrative Assistance for Negligence:<\/strong> The College\/Office will <strong>NOT<\/strong> provide assistance or remedies for applications that fail due to <strong>personal mismanagement of time<\/strong> (e.g., contacting professors too late, insufficient time reserved for system entry) or <strong>failure to find a prospective supervisor<\/strong> (for research-based programs).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Tracking Recommendation Letters:<\/strong> It is the applicant&#8217;s responsibility to actively confirm that their recommender (academic advisor) has uploaded the letter and clicked <strong>&#8220;Submit request&#8221;<\/strong> within the system before the deadline. Please proceed in the following order:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"1\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>STEP 1 (Applicant):<\/strong> Create an account, fill in the application form, and upload documents.\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><em>Note: JYPE\/DEEP applicants must contact prospective supervisors beforehand; COLABS applicants must complete the &#8220;Prior Consent&#8221; in the system by Jan 30.<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>STEP 2 (Recommender):<\/strong> The system will automatically email your professor. They must upload the recommendation letter and submit it.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>STEP 3 (Coordinator):<\/strong> The system notifies the College Office to verify and provide the Endorsement (Certificate of Enrollment).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Completion:<\/strong> Once all steps are done, the applicant must log in again and click <strong>&#8220;Complete my
