Master\u2019s Program of Earth Sciences<\/h4>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

National Taiwan Normal University is a fate to me. I had an interview and accepted to become a master\u2019s student during my last semester in undergraduate\u2019s program. I came to Taiwan for Master\u2019s program only 3 months after I graduated from Hanoi University of Mining and Geology.
For me, studying for master\u2019s degree at Department of Earth Sciences, NTNU helped me learn a lot. In here, I participated in many practical experience sessions with teachers and classmates. For earth sciences student like me, fieldwork is the most meaningful time when I can both learn practical lessons from teaches and enjoy the beautiful scenes of Taiwan. I think this is an opportunity that not everyone has. In addition, during my study here, I learned how to make petrological thin section as well as processed dating samples (Zircon and Argon) which I thought I would never had chance to learn if I had a master\u2019s degree in Vietnam.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Although I had to go through a lot of difficulties in terms of language, culture and even finance, I still felt that I am very lucky. During the time I had to work for part-time jobs to earn money to support for my living (tuition fee and living expenses), I became stronger and had more opportunities to interact with the life outside of school. Besides, I also learned to speak Chinese by myself, and found a job right after graduating.
If you are a person who enjoys the exploration and experience, Taiwan will be an ideal place because Taiwan has a lot of beautiful scenery spread across the country and people are very friendly. You also can wander the streets of Taipei, try many different types of street food or find yourself a favorite cup of milk tea.
4 years passed very quickly and finally I had to say goodbye to this place. I\u2019m very grateful to teachers and staffs from Department of Earth Sciences for encouraging me and helping me during my study. After all, my choice to come to Taiwan for Master\u2019s program is absolutely correct decision. Thank you NTNU and see you.<\/p>
