\u6253\u9020\u74b0\u5883\u53cb\u5584\u7684\u6709\u6a5f\u5316\u5b78<\/p><p>\u570b\u7acb\u81fa\u7063\u5e2b\u5716\u7bc4\u5927\u5b78\u5316\u5b78\u7cfb\u5370\u5ea6\u7c4d\u535a\u58eb\u5f8c\u7814\u7a76\u751fSundaramoorthi Sarathkumar\u8207Veerababurao Kavala\uff0c\u5728\u5316\u5b78\u7cfb\u6559\u6388\u59da\u6e05\u767c\u6307\u5c0e\u4e0b\uff0c\u5176\u5171\u540c\u8ad6\u6587\u520a\u767b\u65bc\u7f8e\u570b\u5316\u5b78\u6703\u767c\u884c\u6700\u65b0\u4e00\u671f\u7684\u300a\u6709\u6a5f\u5316\u5b78\u901a\u8a0a\u300b\uff08Organic Letters\uff09\u570b\u969b\u671f\u520a\u5c01\u9762\u3002\u8a72\u8ad6\u6587\u63d0\u51fa\u65b0\u6297\u764c\u6709\u6a5f\u5316\u5408\u7269\uff0c\u900f\u904e\u6c34\u6eb6\u6027\u9338\u5143\u7d20\u50ac\u5316\u5291\u5728\u6c34\u4e2d\u9032\u884c\u53cd\u61c9\uff0c\u6253\u7834\u904e\u5f80\u591a\u6578\u6709\u6a5f\u7269\u50c5\u80fd\u65bc\u6709\u6a5f\u6eb6\u5291\u53cd\u61c9\u7684\u9650\u5236\uff0c\u6e1b\u5c11\u4f7f\u7528\u6c61\u67d3\u6027\u8f03\u9ad8\u7684\u6709\u6a5f\u6eb6\u5291\uff0c\u52a0\u4e0a\u50ac\u5316\u5291\u53ef\u91cd\u8907\u4f7f\u7528\uff0c\u70ba\u6253\u9020\u74b0\u5883\u53cb\u5584\u7684\u6709\u6a5f\u5316\u5b78\uff0c\u53d6\u5f97\u91cd\u8981\u9032\u5c55\u3002<\/p><p>3\u670819\u65e5\u767b\u4e0a\u300a\u6709\u6a5f\u5316\u5b78\u901a\u8a0a\u300b\u5c01\u9762\u7684\u7814\u7a76\uff0c\u5be6\u9a57\u904e\u7a0b\u8cbb\u6642\u903e\u4e00\u5e746\u500b\u6708\uff0c\u5176\u9748\u611f\u6e90\u81ea\u6a44\u6b16\u985e\u690d\u7269\u4e2d\u7684\u5432\u54da\u5316\u5408\u7269\uff08indole\uff09\u3002\u5432\u54da\u662f\u82b3\u9999\u96dc\u74b0\u6709\u6a5f\u5316\u5408\u7269\uff08heterocyclic compound\uff09\uff0c\u5e38\u898b\u65bc\u5404\u5f0f\u85e5\u7269\u4e2d\u3002\u56e0\u5432\u54da\u5177\u6297\u764c\u7279\u6027\uff0c\u59da\u6e05\u767c\u6559\u6388\u5718\u968a\u4ee5\u6b64\u70ba\u672c\uff0c\u4f7f\u7528\u300c\u53ef\u6eb6\u65bc\u6c34\u7684\u9338\u5143\u7d20\u50ac\u5316\u5291\u300d\u9032\u884c\u6709\u6a5f\u5316\u5408\u7269\u7684\u5316\u5b78\u53cd\u61c9\uff0c\u5728\u6c34\u4e2d\u5408\u6210\u4fee\u98fe\u904e\u65b0\u7684\u5316\u5408\u7269\uff0c\u671f\u5f85\u80fd\u4f5c\u70ba\u6297\u764c\u65b9\u5f0f\u6295\u5165\u4f7f\u7528\u3002<\/p><p>Veerababurao Kavala\u89e3\u91cb\uff0c\u300c\u5bb9\u6613\u53d6\u5f97\u7684\u6c34\u4f5c\u70ba\u6eb6\u5291\uff0c\u4e0d\u53ea\u80fd\u6e1b\u5c11\u5316\u5b78\u5ee2\u6599\u7522\u751f\uff0c\u50ac\u5316\u5291\u4e5f\u53ef\u91cd\u8907\u4f7f\u7528\uff0c\u5c0d\u74b0\u5883\u6c61\u67d3\u5c0f\u3002\u300d\u4ed6\u53e6\u5916\u63d0\u5230\uff0c\u671f\u520a\u5c01\u9762\u7167\u7247\u4ee5\u81ea\u7136\u6d77\u6d0b\u8207\u7da0\u8272\u5c71\u6797\u70ba\u80cc\u666f\uff0c\u914d\u4e0a\u5316\u5408\u7269\u7684\u5316\u5b78\u5f0f\uff0c\u76ee\u7684\u4e5f\u662f\u50b3\u9054\u74b0\u5883\u53cb\u5584\u3001\u4f7f\u7528\u81ea\u7136\u8cc7\u6e90\u9032\u884c\u7da0\u8272\u5316\u5b78\u7684\u7406\u5ff5\u3002<\/p><p>\u59da\u6e05\u767c\u6559\u6388\u8868\u793a\uff0c\u7814\u7a76\u5316\u5b78\u6642\uff0c\u5ee2\u68c4\u7269\u6c59\u67d3\u4e00\u76f4\u662f\u500b\u5c37\u5c2c\u7684\u554f\u984c\uff0c\u9019\u6b21\u7814\u7a76\u7279\u610f\u4e0d\u7528\u6709\u6a5f\u6eb6\u5291\u4f5c\u70ba\u5316\u5b78\u4ef2\u4ecb\uff08medium\uff09\uff0c\u6539\u7528\u6c34\u4f5c\u70ba\u5a92\u4ecb\uff0c\u6539\u5584\u5316\u5b78\u5be6\u9a57\u96e3\u984c\u3002\u4ed6\u4e5f\u63d0\u5230\uff0c\u6709\u6a5f\u5316\u5b78\u5408\u6210\u5176\u5be6\u5c31\u662f\u4e0d\u65b7\u8ffd\u5c0b\u66f4\u9ad8\u7684\u7522\u80fd\uff0c\u4f7f\u7528\u6c34\u7576\u4f5c\u6eb6\u5291\u80fd\u58d3\u4f4e\u5be6\u9a57\u6210\u672c\u3002\u95dc\u65bc\u672a\u4f86\u7814\u7a76\u65b9\u5411\uff0c\u4ed6\u5e0c\u671b\u80fd\u8207\u751f\u7269\u76f8\u95dc\u7cfb\u6240\u5408\u4f5c\uff0c\u70ba\u6b64\u7814\u7a76\u9032\u884c\u6d3b\u6027\u6e2c\u8a66\uff0c\u624d\u80fd\u78ba\u8a8d\u8ad6\u6587\u4e2d\u6297\u764c\u5316\u5408\u7269\u7684\u5be6\u969b\u4f5c\u7528\uff0c\u8a55\u4f30\u672a\u4f86\u662f\u5426\u80fd\u5920\u6295\u5165\u85e5\u7269\u5be6\u9a57\u3002<\/p><p>\u59da\u6e05\u767c\u6559\u6388\u81ea\u6c11\u570b82\u5e74\u8d77\uff0c\u65bc\u5e2b\u5927\u670d\u52d9\u8fd130\u5e74\uff0c\u5728\u5404\u985e\u570b\u969b\u671f\u520a\u767c\u8868\u904e158\u7bc7\u8ad6\u6587\uff0c\u9664\u5c11\u6578\u8207\u5176\u4ed6\u9662\u6821\u5408\u4f5c\u7684\u8ad6\u6587\u5916\uff0c\u5176\u9918\u904e\u534a\u6578\u662f\u8207\u5b78\u751f\u5408\u4f5c\u7684\u7d50\u6676\uff0c\u5176\u4e2d\u4e0d\u4e4f\u53d7\u5b78\u754c\u91cd\u8996\u7684\u8ad6\u6587\uff0c\u57282005-2008\u548c2006-2009\u5e74\u9593\uff0c\u5171\u6709\u4e09\u7bc7\u8ad6\u6587\u7372\u6709\u6a5f\u5316\u5b78\u570b\u969b\u671f\u520a\u300a\u56db\u9762\u9ad4\u901a\u8a0a\u300b\uff08Tetrahedron Letters\uff09\u7684\u6700\u4f73\u8ad6\u6587\u734e\uff08\u4ee5\u5f15\u7528\u6b21\u6578\u70ba\u4f9d\u64da\uff09\u3002\u8fd1\u5e74\u66f4\u56db\u5ea6\u767b\u4e0a\u671f\u520a\u5c01\u9762\uff0c\u6210\u7e3e\u6590\u7136\u3002<\/p><p>\u672c\u6b21\u7372\u520a\u767b\u7684\u7814\u7a76\u5718\u968a\uff0c2019\u5e74\u66fe\u767b\u4e0a\u300a\u4e9e\u6d32\u6709\u6a5f\u5316\u5b78\u671f\u520a\u300b\uff08Asian Journal of Organic Chemistry\uff09\u5c01\u9762\uff0c\u5176\u4e2dVeerababurao Kavala\u5728\u59da\u6e05\u767c\u6559\u6388\u6307\u5c0e\u4e0b\uff0c\u5176\u8ad6\u6587\u5718\u968a\u540c\u5e74\u767b\u4e0a\u300a\u6709\u6a5f\u5316\u5b78\u671f\u520a\u300b\uff08The Journal of Organic Chemistry\uff09\uff0c2020\u5e74\u4e8c\u5ea6\u767b\u4e0a\u300a\u4e9e\u6d32\u6709\u6a5f\u5316\u5b78\u671f\u520a\u300b\u5c01\u9762\uff0c\u7814\u7a76\u6210\u679c\u9010\u6f38\u53d7\u5230\u570b\u969b\u80af\u5b9a\u3002<\/p><p>\u59da\u6e05\u767c\u8aaa\uff0c\u842c\u4e8b\u8d77\u982d\u96e3\uff0c\u4ed6\u8207\u5b78\u751f\u7684\u8ad6\u6587\u4fbf\u662f\u5728\u4e0d\u65b7\u5617\u8a66\u7684\u904e\u7a0b\u4e2d\uff0c\u4e00\u6b65\u6b65\u8d70\u5411\u8d8a\u4f86\u8d8a\u6709\u5f71\u97ff\u529b\u7684\u671f\u520a\u3002\u300c\u505a\u6709\u6a5f\u5316\u5b78\u5be6\u9a57\u5f88\u9700\u8981\u6a5f\u904b\uff0c\u6709\u6642\u5e7e\u500b\u6708\u5c31\u80fd\u7522\u51fa\u4e00\u7bc7\u8ad6\u6587\uff0c\u6709\u6642\u537b\u5f97\u5f9e\u767c\u60f3\u5be6\u9a57\u958b\u59cb\u8017\u4e0a\u4e00\u3001\u5169\u5e74\u7684\u6642\u9593\u3002\u300d\u4ed6\u4e5f\u7279\u5225\u611f\u8b1d\u4ed6\u7684\u5b78\u751f\uff0c\u662f\u96d9\u65b9\u7684\u4e92\u52a9\u5408\u4f5c\uff0c\u624d\u4f7f\u5f97\u9019\u4e9b\u7814\u7a76\u6210\u679c\u5f97\u4ee5\u88ab\u770b\u898b\u3002\uff08\u64b0\u7a3f\uff1a\u82f1\u8a9e111\u8303\u8a9e\u7444
