The Career Development Center of National Taiwan Normal University (NTNU) hosted the 2025 “Career Navigation, Boundless Dreams” employment season in March and April, featuring a corporate recruitment briefing by TSMC on March 21, which attracted nearly 180 students. NTNU Vice President Chen Kun-Ming highlighted the university’s collaboration with TSMC in offering academic programs and exploring further partnerships, aiming to help students understand job opportunities and required professional skills. TSMC introduced its core values (ICIC: Integrity, Commitment, Innovation, and Customer Trust), emphasizing its globally leading semiconductor technology, overseas expansion, and comprehensive employee benefits. This recruitment session offered 20 job openings, summer internships, and R&D alternative military service opportunities. During the Q&A session, TSMC addressed student inquiries about cybersecurity roles, shift work, and overseas assignments, encouraging talents to join.
