The University of British Columbia (UBC) is now accepting applications for its 2026 Vancouver Summer Program (VSP). This four-week international academic program allows students to enroll in a themed course package, experience Canadian university life, and participate in a range of cultural and community activities.
Program Dates
- June Session: June 5 – July 5, 2026
- July Session: July 17 – August 17, 2026
- Students should plan to arrive and depart within the designated three-day periods.
Program Fees (2026)
- Application Fee: CAD 150 (plus 4% processing fee)
- Program Fee: CAD 5850 (plus 4% processing fee)
- Includes tuition, materials, accommodation, most activities, and medical insurance.
- Not included: airfare, meals, personal spending, optional tours
Academic Information
- Each package contains two coordinated courses (~39 hours each)
- Students receive a certificate and grade letter upon completion
- Courses do not carry UBC credit
- Credit transfer is subject to home institution approval
