Details:
- Application Period: From May 18, 2026 (Monday) to November 13, 2026 (Friday).
- System Operation and GPA Requirement: The application system is integrated with the Office of Academic Affairs’ records. Applicants must ensure their GPA from the previous semester is fully updated before submitting their application in the system.
- Application Channels (Do Not Duplicate Applications):
- Exchange Students: Please apply via the “Outbound Exchange Application System.”
- Dual Degree and Visiting Students: Please apply via the “Outbound Scholarship Application System.”
Note: Students who have already applied for grants within the Exchange System must not submit a duplicate application in the Scholarship System to avoid system errors.
- Submission of Review Documents: Please merge all required supporting documents into a single PDF file before uploading it to the system.
