Important Information & Quota
- Program Quota: Up to 5 students per year across NTNU under the bilateral agreement; 3 nomination slots are allocated to the College of Science for this academic year.
- Selection & Nomination Mechanism:
- This program operates strictly on an institutional nomination basis.
- Only applicants who pass the initial internal screening and receive official nomination from the College of Science will be eligible to submit application dossiers to Kyushu University.
- Students are strictly prohibited from submitting applications directly to Kyushu University on their own.
- Being nominated by the College of Science does not guarantee final admission. Final admission decisions and qualification reviews rest solely with the Interdisciplinary Graduate School of Engineering Sciences (IGSES) at Kyushu University.
- Internal Submission Deadline (College of Science): Tuesday, September 29, 2026, at 12:00 PM (Noon, Taiwan Time). Late submissions will not be accepted under any circumstances; the submission time will be based strictly on the timestamp of the College Office email server.

Interested applicants must prepare well in advance. Once the submission deadline has passed, no requests for document replacement, subsequent addition, or content modification will be accepted under any circumstances.

Terms & Key Notes
- Tuition & Fees: Admitted Dual Degree students are exempt from tuition and registration fees at Kyushu University during their study period (students must maintain active enrollment and pay tuition at NTNU). Eligible students may apply for relevant scholarships in accordance with applicable regulations.
- Personal Expenses: Airfare, local accommodation, insurance, and personal living expenses in Japan must be fully covered by the student.
- Strict Adherence to Deadlines: Applicants must strictly comply with the submission deadline set by the College of Science (September 29, 2026, at 12:00 PM).
