OIA Outgoing Exchange Student Information Session (College of Science Session: Sep 22)

To assist students in navigating study abroad opportunities, application timelines, and scholarship resources, the Office of International Affairs (OIA) is hosting the “Outgoing Exchange Student Information Session” this semester. A dedicated session for the College of Science will be held on the Gongguan Campus. Interested students are encouraged to register and attend.

  • Student exchange experience sharing
  • Highlights of partner universities (including newly established partnerships and popular destinations by language track)
  • Overview of university-level exchange application and selection procedures
  • Available scholarships and funding resources
  • Summary of study abroad pathways
  • Introduction to College-level programs (College-level exchange, Dual Degree programs, etc.)
  • Q&A and open discussion

3. Registration & Admission Regulations

  • Registration Limit: Due to limited venue capacity, each student is restricted to registering for one session only.
  • Admission Priority: While university-level information is largely consistent across all college sessions, college-specific details vary slightly. Priority admission will be granted to students affiliated with the designated college for each respective session. College of Science students are strongly advised to attend this session.

Students planning to study abroad are encouraged to review the relevant details in advance and complete registration promptly.
