Benefits of Participating in an Exchange Program:
- Tuition waived at the host university (students pay regular NTNU tuition and fees).
- Free language courses (offered by some partner universities).
- Flexible study period (one semester or one academic year).
- Eligibility to apply for scholarships (MOE grants or NTNU Outbound Study Subsidy).
- Credits earned abroad may be transferred or recorded.
- Students may apply simultaneously for university-, college-, and department-level exchange programs.

- Second-Round Preference Adjustment & Supplementary Application: January 12–14, 2026
- Final Exchange Student List Announcement: January 26–28, 2026
