To assist outstanding students in connecting with international scientific research networks, the National Applied Research Laboratories (NARLabs), with the support of the National Science and Technology Council (NSTC), has partnered with Mitacs (Canada) to launch the “2027 GRI Globalink Research Internship” program. This program aims to select and sponsor undergraduate students from Taiwan to travel to top Canadian universities in the summer of 2027 to participate in cutting-edge academic research internships, thereby expanding their international perspectives and cultivating the next generation of scientific research talent.
The official application portal is scheduled to open from August 5 to September 16, 2026 (Pacific Time). To help interested students plan ahead and understand the selection criteria, NARLabs will hold an online information session on July 15, 2026.
