To foster international academic exchange and advance interdisciplinary applications in computational sciences, the Centre for Mathematical Sciences and Intelligent Systems (CMSIS), School of Mathematical Sciences, Sunway University, Malaysia, cordially invites faculty members, research scholars, and students of the College of Science, NTNU, to participate in an intensive 3-day online workshop: “Mathematical Modeling and Machine Learning for Engineering and Scientific Applications: A 3-Day Hands-on Computational Workshop.”

Bridging the gap between theoretical formulation and practical implementation in modern scientific research, this workshop offers hands-on experience in translating complex engineering and scientific problems into robust mathematical models. Covering dimensional analysis, boundary value problems (BVPs), and computational simulations using Python and Mathematica, this program is ideal for postgraduate students, postdoctoral fellows, and researchers engaged in scientific computing, numerical analysis, physical modeling, and machine learning intersections. All registered participants will receive an official e-certificate of attendance from the host institution.
