The Ministry of Education (MOE) is now accepting applications for the 2027/2028 Academic Year “Overseas Training Program for Humanities and Social Sciences Talents.”
This program provides full tuition support, round-trip airfare subsidies (up to NT$60,000), and monthly living stipends for a one-year study period at prestigious partner universities across Europe and North America.
Please note: Specific eligibility requirements—including double-major regulations, academic department criteria, and selection standards—are determined solely by the MOE and the central project office. - Target Applicants: Domestic undergraduate students (sophomore level and above) and eligible master’s degree students majoring in Humanities or Social Sciences. (Please refer to the official guidelines for detailed requirements and field classifications.)
