Currently, College of Science and its affiliated departments/graduate institutes have built partnership with more than 29 higher education institutions around the world. Some of which are internationally renowned, such as University of California, Berkeley in the United States, The University of British Columbia in Canada, as well as Kyushu University in Japan. The cooperative types range from MOUs to more active programs such as Student Exchange (SEA), Faculty Exchange (FEA), Dual Degrees Program (DDP)and other short-term programs.

United States- University of Guam

College of Natural and Applied Sciences

University of Guam  (U.O.G.) is a public land-grant university in Mangilao, Guam. It is accredited by the Western Association of Schools and Colleges and offers thirty-four degree programs at the undergraduate level and eleven at the master’s level. Of the university’s 3,387 students, 94% are of Asian-Pacific Islander ethnicity and nearly 72% are full-time (fall 2012 figures).

Japan - Osaka University

Osaka University (大阪大学Ōsaka daigaku),  is a public research university. The university is often ranked among the top three public universities in Japan, along with the University of Tokyo ahd Kyoto University.  It is ranked third overall among Japanese universities and 75th worldwide in the 2022 QS World University Rankings.

Canada - University of British Columbia

Germany - University of Cologne

The University of Cologne (German: Universität zu Köln) is a university in Cologne, Germany. It was the sixth university to be established in Central Europe and, although it closed in 1798 before being re-established in 1919, it is now one of the largest universities in Germany with more than 48,000 students. The University of Cologne is a former German Excellence University, and as of 2017 it ranks 145th globally according to Times Higher Education.

Japan - Niigata University

Niigata University (新潟大学, Niigata daigaku) is a national university in Niigata, Niigata Prefecture, Japan. It was established in 1949 and has its major origins in Niigata Medical College (established in 1922) and in Niigata Higher School (established in 1919). It is one of the largest Japanese national universities on the Sea of Japan. The university comprises nine faculties and seven graduate schools (as of April 2010). The student enrollment is about 12,000.

Yokohama City University (YCU) (横浜市立大学, Yokohama Shiritsu Daigaku) is a public university, in Yokohama, Japan. As of 2013, YCU has two faculties with a total of around 4,850 students, 111 of whom are foreign. YCU also has four campuses (Kanazawa-Hakkei, Fukuura, Maioka and Tsurumi) and two hospitals (YCU Hospital and YCU Medical Center). YCU is a member of the Port-City University League (PUL), and a core member of the Japanese University Network in the Bay Area (JUNBA). In 2017, YCU has been ranked #16th among “world’s best small universities” in 2016-2017 (Times Higher Education),ranked at 23rd among life sciences institutes in Japan (Nature Index 2016)

Japan - Kwansei Gakuin University

Kwansei Gakuin University (関西学院大学, Kansei Gakuin Daigaku), colloquially known as Kangaku (関学), is a non-denominational Christian private and coeducational university in Japan. The University offers Bachelor’s, Master’s, and Doctoral degrees to around 25,000 students in almost 40 different disciplines across 11 undergraduate and 14 graduate programs.
